Sheryl

Sheryl has been a stylist and esthetician for 23 years. Over 12 years ago, Sheryl found a new calling and followed her heart to help people relieve pain and stress through massage. She absolutely loves to help people and considers her clients as guests and part of her family. Sheryl is trained in over 12 specialty massage practices, including but not limited to, Pregnancy Massage, Infant Massage, Severe Pain Relief, Cancer Relief, Immune and Muscular Disorders, and Autism Relaxation Massage Therapy.

In Sheryl's free time, she adheres to her life philosophy that one should always remember to take a deep breath, look at the sky, smile and remember if if things don't look good today there is always the sun to look forward to. Sheryl enjoys spending quality time with her two sons and husband. She is a great friend, an excellent cook and a truly amazing massage therapist.

Sheryl loves Freestyle because she is allowed the freedom to cater to her guests in a comfortable atmosphere. Freestyle has always given Sheryl the ability to work and be a mom as well as the life-long friendships she has built with her co-workers and clients.
